Both of them had black leather shoes, and they were sitting opposite each other in a hotel. The men were drinking coffee slowly suggesting that they were not in a hurry. The hotel seemed to be expensive because of the classy chair, the arrangement, and its location. The hotel has a conference room which is mostly used for governmental meetings and well-furnished guest room. The men were in their late forties, and they seemed to be holding a crucial discussion. One of the men had shaved his hair entirely while the other one had combed it in an afro style. They looked good, presentable, organized and literate. They had some notebooks on the table as seemed to be putting down all the important points concerning what they were talking about. The two men seemed too focused on their discussion while they are sipping their coffee slowly. Their conversation was accompanied by facial expressions to imply that the point being articulated by the other person is crucial. There was nodding of head which is a sign of agreeing to whatever the other person is saying. They maintained eye contact with one another which showed that they were attentive on they were discussing. I observed that moving lips and the use of gestures to understand who was talking and the duration each took while talking. Each of them used to take two to three minutes to explain his point, and the other one would respond. The sitting position of the two men indicated that they were calm and unaffected. There was also no movement when the discussion was going on which was a sign that the two make comfortable and there were minimal disturbances. The two men could be seen smiling at each other a length discussion of about thirty minutes.Reply to 2nd topic:-I could focus on two females sitting in an ice cream store ,a female A is wearing denim shorts paired up with white t shirt and sneakers .Other female B was sitting in floral skirt paired with plain yellow blouse and paired with pump heels .By the way they are dressed up I can say they are chatting informally ordering their favourite ice cream .The creamery looks very famous as the crowd was really filled in with the teenagers and mostly adolescent females to spend some quality time with near and dear ones .The place looks expensive with classy interiors and dine out area with expensive and well furnished tables .The females seem to be around 25 years of age ,as they were speaking something casual from their body language, as they were shaking hands when they arrived and wishing each other ,which I can say they met after a while .The female A was in blonde hair open and short with latest gadget apple i phone in her hand in a purse .The other female B had brown long extensions ,straight hair open wearing a handbag ,with a tablet seen on the table .She was showing her something on the tablet and the conversation was quite casual though ,I could see A was listening keenly to the B by looking at the pictures on tablet ,AS she was smiling and the conversation came to pause as the ice cream arrived they started taking their favourite scoop of ice cream of two different flavour’s in their waffle bowls. Female A started the conversation which was paused and the female B was nodding her head agreeing to her point and were smiling little after finishing their ice cream .Two female were disturbed by the noises around them ,still they continued to discuss the topic for which they met .They were attentive as A seemed very much interested in the B’s presentable facial expressions made other female on the opposite table gestured as if she can hear them and was interested in their conversation .This lasted more than 40 minutes .From this comfortable and friendly meeting between the two females concludes they are friends since long time and met after a while during their professional life in a casual way beyond their busy schedules for a small suggestions regarding some party planning at the residence of A with some formal people ,organized by A and helped and planned by B.
