McClelland’s Human Motivation theory is the theory which works on or behind the one of the sales teams which was performing near the bottom of all of the teams. It would enhance the need of the team by analysing it. It would manage the group of people with the different capabilities. It would analyse what would affect the Sales staff which was performing near the bottom of all teams. It would support the team from the base to make the team strong also.
This theory finds out the main drivers of the motivation and that would be implemented to the whole team in the unified way. The main drivers are Power, Affiliation and Achievement.
It would support the whole team as well as makes the center of origin to the various teams.
