I am taking an example of McDonalds. The company is operating its business in 122 countries. America and India are one of them.
If we analyze the advertisement of in both the country then in America the company focuses on good convenient and fast service. When a father of new born baby goes with the car and orders from the car silently so that his child is not awake from his repose. It shows the availability of the product in late night as well. In another advertisement a bear has seen his report card and took him for McDonalds in forest. It shows the availability of the product. As we know that McDonald have its restaurant is hospitals as well.
If we talk about Indian ads then its advertisements are focused in affordable prices and good taste. In India people have different culture they consume burger from the road side food which are very cheap and convenient. Hence the company advertise that they have affordable burger and tasty as well.
The similarity is the taste and the slogan I m loving it and the difference I have stated above.
The product has positioned differently in both the county. In America people like to have burger with bigger patties but in India people hate bigger patties and prefer smaller patties. In India McDonalds have smaller patties.
Beef is also not available in the McDonalds outlet because of the culture
