Proposal an apartment rental project and give system description, what is the system, is it new, upgrade, or replacement,and what are the high level requirements for the system? What is the business need, why do you need the system, what are the problem/pain-point the problem the system is going to address. Further, what will be the value of the the system will provide to the organization. List some tangible or intangible benefits to the organization. Please include some technical, economical, and organization feasibility analysis to the system.

The apartment rental system could be used to manage the apartment rentals along with the information pertaining to the Apartments to be renged. This would involve installing a new system for the process.
This will help the managers become more efficient by focusing only on renting of apartments and not on routine activities like bookkeeping and accounts management or record tracking.
The system will also minimise several human errors like wrong calculations, incorrect entries and mis filings, to name a few.
Such errors which inadvertently creep into the existing process cost wastage of time, resources and money.
Installation of the new system will help minimise these wastages.
The new system will help the managers automatically and easily cracked turnovers rates of apartments, rentals of different types of apartments and availability / vacancies of the apartments.
The new system will also reduce the papers work involved in the process.
The integrated Apartment rental system will have relevant information stored about the apartments there by enabling the managers to make a much more informed decisions based on the analytics done on the data stored. The managers will have a ready access to any information they need, on their finger tips.
The apartment data storage and management system will have information about all the apartment, rentals, their tenants or occupants, owners, possibility of apartment being located in near future comma parking information of the apartments.
The system will also cracked the deposits and rent checks status. It will send reminders to the tenants before the due dates of the respective apartments.
The system will have transactional capabilities like addition of new tenants, deletion of tenants you have left, renew the rent Lease Agreement or increase or decrease the rent.
There would be some initial fixed costs for the new it system installation comma but the operational cost of the system would be much lower than the cost involved in the existing process.
The system can be used using IT tools like SQL for data management and HTML or JAVA for front end systems.
Installation of the new system will involve hiring of new IT people or training of existing people to manage the new system. For data storage and management, They would be required either to keep a server or hire an external server like Microsoft, Google or Amazon cloud server.
