This paper aims to see the relationship between shareholder activism as a responsible investment strategy towards corporate responsibility.

As I am finishing the thesis now, I decided to send the theoretical framework first for rewriting. I will add later chapters around mid April. Therefore, I would prefer to have writer who specializes in ethics (with possible background in sustainability and finance) to rewrite this and I will continue with the other chapters if the result fits my expectation.

The university program is heavily based on ethics (integrative economic ethics in particular), so in the theoretical framework I have emphasized on ethics, ethics in economy and responsibility. Since this is also strongly related to finance and investment, another subchapter on finance is emphasized. Right after this chapter, I will add 1 chapter on Responsible Investment and discuss what the strategies are (which will lead to mentioning about shareholder activism). Then I continue with research method chapter and the main chapter of “The link between shareholder activism as a Responsible Investing strategy and Corporate responsibility”.
