For this assignment, you will need to review the document, “Elements of Art and Principles of Design” that you read last week in order to complete your public art assignment. Then you will find a small size visual image (in magazines or other print media or on-line) that represents each of the elements of art: line, shape, form, color, value, texture, space AND each of the principles of design: balance, movement, rhythm, contrast, emphasis, pattern and unity. There is not a right or wrong answer here. You just need to find the image where it is clear that it represents one of the elements or principles. Place these into a display format and label each image. Keep your visual images on the small side so you can fit all of the Elements of Art on one page, and all of the Principles of Design on another page. You should have 2 pages with 7 images on each page and should have a total of 14 different images. MAKE SURE AND LABEL EACH IMAGE (Example: line, shape, form, etc.). When you have finished the two pages, take pictures of each of them and upload them into this assignment page. Or you can paste the images into a word file and then upload the word file.
