Part 1

Then complete the  individual development plan (IDP) attachment based on your own career goals. After completing the attachment answer the questions below :

· Discuss the training involved and how you can assess the effectiveness of the trainings. 

· Explain HR’s role in impacting the career development of employees.

· How have virtual training methods and technology impacted HR’s role in employee development?

Must be a minimum of 300 words and include your IDP attached. Cite at least one scholarly source to support your response.

Part 2

Review the risk factors identified in Chapter 5 attachments  and the link https://www.cdc.gov/heartdisease/facts.htm that are associated with cardiovascular disease. Then address the required components below:

With Bronfenbrenner’s macro-level system in mind, 

· discuss what you believe to be the most prevalent societal factor that has contributed to the increase in cardiovascular disease (e.g., occupation, environmental factors, food processing, lifestyle behaviors, socioeconomic status, etc.).
