You have been hired as the Director of Human Resources for the University of the Incarnate Word. You have been charged with the task of creating a wellness plan for UIW faculty and staff. The wellness plan should be comprehensive covering all six dimensions with DOABLE ideas. You should consider what UIW already currently provides employees and how you can enhance it, as well as adding new ideas.
