The advantages are:
We get to learn about other’s beliefs and value with logic behind the same
We get opportunity to explore new interest as that of other person and learn the same
It helps to increase the understanding level of person and respect for other person beliefs or values
It increases patience level and helps to groom the personality overall
It helps to build relation and do network with new people with ease
