The correct answer is flattened structures.
All the rest 3 are outgrowth of Weber’s Bureaucratic philosophy.
It promotes that clearly defined rules and regulations should be made so as to ensure that each employee has clarity in mind that what is expected of them and what are the things they are not supposed to do. Also, the relationships should be as impersonal as possible as per the theory. This theory also promotes that the structure of the organization should be hierarchical and organized, the level should be clearly defined and all the employees should be organized into layers. Hence Flattened Structures is not an outgrowth of Weber’s Bureaucratic Philosophy.
