Semester Plan Second INSTRUCTION
Take this time to review your semester plan (I have attached on files). Write a reflection of how the plan is going for you. You can include the good and the bad of the plan along with any changes that are needed. Include new Evidence-based interventions (EBP interventions) as needed. How will you make these changes and if no changes are needed then reflect on how this plan is helping.
- Being a good note-taker: I think I achieved it. when I go to class, I record and when I go home I listen again. It’s very helpful and help me understand deeply material on class.
- For skill and assessment, I overcome my fear by practice a lot in lab and at home. So I had my confidence to perform my check-off. I also watched the lab video many time at home to make sure I know step by step what I need to do.
- On a personal level, I get used to the new environment in the school. I have a lot of friend. We go to library study together and come to lab practice a lot for check off.
- From my schedule, right now all face-to-face change to online because of coronavirus. So all my schedule need to change. I feel a little bit challenge to me because most of time I learning a lot from listening to professor and I don’t have many experience to taking online course before. I need to make a new plan for myself. At weekday, I will go to Mulford library to study and follow up all material have been posted on the week and finish my assignment also. I also make some meeting time with my classmate so we can discuss together and do practice questions on ATI books and Evole online. I think my study plan is temporary right now and it well need to change because I don’t have lab and check-off until 03/30 but after that I need to change my schedule again. At night time, I would like to stay home and read book. I aslo like do NCLEX question on quizlet because I think it will help me to get used to the format of the board NCLEX exam for nursing.
- I also continue to do my to do list that help me to follow up all assignment and exam I need to study and finish each week. Moreover, I finger out my most effective learning times from 7p to 11pm. So I made my to do list what important thing I need to learn at that time.
- And I thing I need to change is try to balance myself. I had exam anxious so the day before exam, usually I cannot sleep. I tried to study and cover all material I can and not study a lot on the day before exam. I think this way will help me sleep well the day before exam. Because a lot of stressful I forgot eating and drinking water sometimes. I know it’s very bad so I always remind myself eating on time and drink more water. So I will be healthy to study.
