compare and contrast how will HR manager might address the issue of an employee who has stolen company property to feed his family in China, Saudi Arabia and the United States?

Stealing company property in different country have different rules and regulations. In United States of America HR can report this issue to their senior Administration and the specific report should contain evidence of the specific stealing of the property. Actions would be taken according to the company policy.
In Mainland China reporting this stealing of the property to the legal system would be appropriate as the rules are there is an employee of the company would be fired and the legal action will be taken on him.
Saudi Arabia has the most strict law. As an HR manager reporting the crime would be eligible or the punishment according to the Sharia law. In which strict action could be taken against the employees who have stolen the property. Sharia law is very strict and it could result in loss of one or both hands according to the severity of the crime.
