A bank manager notices that by the time customers get to the teller, they seem irritated and impatient. She wants to investigate the problem further. So, she hires you to design a research project to figure out what is bothering the customers. Your task is to design two studies: one qualitative and one quantitave . 1. Describe the two studies that you will suggest to the manager. Qualitative study
Prepare a survey to be filled by customers on the basis of good, ok and bad
Clearly define the intensity levels
Survey to be done by wide variety of population, so that chances of error are minimised
Quantitative study
Give some numbers to the intensity level.
Use analytical tool like SPSS to extract the information from the data
Out of both the studies, quantitative studies gives more clear direction to take a step forward and framing the strategy.
