For example, one student may submit, as a paragraph “I have been working nights, but can find the time to gather my thoughts and complete my assignments in the mornings”

At this time, this does not need to be APA formatted references at this time, but the final version of your references will be, so it is advisable to format correctly.

Students, we are in week 8 and you all should be editing and compiling your research paper. For this weeks assignment, you will be using Smarthinking as a writing tool. For this week, submit a portion of your writing to Smarthinking, and your submission for this week will be the feedback you received from them. At this point, do not worry about a finished product. NOTE: you do not send Smarthinking a title page, TOC or your bibliography (references). You can send in your Introduction, and some of your main portion of your paper.
For next week, you will be sending Smarthinking twice, for feedback, while this week you are only required to send/hand-in once.

Upload your assignment via the portal for this weeks assignment. Be sure and use the tools as mentioned in class SmartThinking, Spellcheck. This assignment is geared toward your research skills, as well as outlining and comprehension of the material’s listed in the textbook.
There will also be a discussion question for week 8.
Important, your submission will be the word doc you receive from Smarthinking, not your edited version of your paper, that will come later.
