This should be a Marketing focused case study paper. There should be mandatory 5 Sections in the Case Study as given below

2. Identification: identify all the critical components and issues that management needs to address in this case study
3. Evaluation: perform the necessary and appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis pertaining to the issues identified in the case.
4. Recommendations: propose an action plan and set of recommendations based on your analyses addressing the issues you have identified
5. Conclusion: summarize your case study by reinforcing the main points and ideas. Keep in mind that your introduction and your conclusion should have psychological unity.

a)There are (10) references minimum for required.

c)All references must be listed in alphabetical order with hanging indentation and paragraph annotation.
