book: Tort Law for Paralegals ( 2nd edition). Chapter 3 Discuss the negligence liability of children, explaining some of the cases in the outline that are cited for that topic. Can and should a parent be liable for the negligence of the child? Under what, if any, circumstances?

Many people will show negligence during work or anything that which leads to loss or people will be injured or our duty will be spoiled. Negligence liability refers to the person who fails to do their work in the proper way and it leads failure then that person will be responsible for that cause. Negligence liability of children tends to if any work done by them and which leads to any problem, sometimes their parents are responsible and sometimes children are responsible. In many cases we can observe that children are going to roads and met with an accident. Parents will warn them not go out because accidents will occur but they won’t listen and go out. This is not children mistake because when they tend to walk they want to go out and roam. If they grow up and ride their bikes very fast and met with accidents sometimes this leads to death also in this case it was the mistake of the children so that their negligence is responsible for an accident.
According to my point of view, all the time parents are not responsible for their negligence because they take care about their children. If any problem occurred when their children are kids then parents will be responsible but when they grown up definitely parents will warn them what to do and what not do and they will also explain the consequences if they neglect them but children doesn’t listen to their words and do what they want. Parents will be responsible for their negligence to certain age of the children but when their age was exceeded parents will not be responsible. Many of the accidents will be occurred due to the negligence of the children because they don’t take any safety precautions.

Short Answer Question section here:

Remember that format here is 12 pt. Arial font, double line spacing and indentation for new paragraphs. This section requires the use of full sentences and paragraphs, and formal academic English. APA 6th referencing must be used throughout this section.

Do not exceed the page limit of three (3) pages for this section (recommend between 2 and 3 pages in length). Complete your Reference List at the end of this assignment – Reference List and Title page are not included in your page limit.

Good luck with your assignment, and remember there is help available from our wonderful library, and Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) staff. Any specific questions on this assignment please post to Discussion board on BB.

Reference List

The Reference List must be on a new page and is not included in your word/page limit. Note that the formatting for APA 6th style Reference List has an indent for subsequent lines for each reference.

When you’ve completed a reference citation, just press ‘Return/Enter’ to start on your next reference.

Remember to have your reference list in alphabetical order by first Author’s surname. Keep the library Subject Resource Guide open and handy when completing your reference list to ensure accuracy (under ACCESS tab on library homepage) in regards to those pesky full stops, commas, order of citation information, and what parts are in italics font.

The Reference List should only include those articles/books/resources that you have directly cited in the body of your assignment. Don’t include other sources you may have read on this topic – those would only be included if this was a Bibliography.

You may wish to use a citation management program such as Endnote to place citations and organise Reference List (available to download for free via Refencing section under LEARN tab on library homepage), however this will require extra time to learn how to use. You may find it easier for your first assignment (with only a handful of references) to just type them out yourself.
