Describe the importance of ethical behavior at work and analyze the role of Human Resource Management in improving workplace ethics, employee discipline and privacy and managing dismissals. List the important factors in manageing employee dismissals effectively.

Human resources plays an important role in maintaining work place ethics, ethical behavior and discipline. They set some guideline in compliance with company policy and implement them. They analyze employee behaviors on these parameters and ensure the discipline and healthy environment at the organization. They do it in the following manner:
1. They set a guideline which is often known as compliance policy
2. They define rules related to ethics, privacy, organizational behaviors
3. They define rules related to workplace culture and disciplines.
4. They monitor the employee regularly and on the basis of reports from the Team leads, managers and administration staffs.
5. HR’s has an mechanism through which they take required action against the defaulters
Also they very effectively monitors the Dismissals by some rules and regulations, while dismissals they ensure that employee get valid reasons for the dismissals, also they ensure the proper exit should take place for that employee, the exit may not cause any rumors and cause unrest among employees
Employee dismissals management:
1. HR ensure that employee should have given proper reasons for the dismissals
2. Proper procedure of the dismissals should be taken place
3. Ensure smooth exit for the employee
4. This dismissals should not cause any negative impact on the company environment.

Given the shift in the times Artemus’s perspective would prove to be more successful. More than ever employees make demands of their employers. Nowadays, it is not just enough to provide people a minimum wage, but it is necessary to provide them with “soft” factors in order to keep their interest in the companies vision. Information processing 5.Motivation It would benefit West to look at employees like that are the first and most important resource that the company has.
