I would be addressing the issue to the other organization initially in a formal way and will not involve the client in this context because as we are working in the same project I would like to resolve issue internally through communication and discussions and if it does not yield any result then I would be taking the matter seriously and discuss this with my organization management and will try to inform the client about the dangerous work the organization is doing. There are chances that the project may be shut down and we lose revenue but Human life and ethics needs to be valued and prioritized because if an accident occurs even the client will be affected so we will also go with a proposal to the client so that instead of shutting the project down they can continue it differently with a different organization and we will help them here.
I have always aimed at maintaining values and ethics in the business that we do and that should be maintained throughout because reputation is an asset that each and every organization desire and it takes a very small incident to lose the asset therefore we may have chances of losing revenue but an accident will hamper our reputation in the industry too because we are also involved in the project. As a business organization I am thinking about the profit and loss in the project and the value of human life is far more than anything because doing business doe not mean that we can go to any extent instead we should stick to principles that will help us develop an image in the industry so that we are accepted. If the project is not shut down then we will not lose the revenue and we will also be appreciated by the client and we also get rid of the dangerous probability of an accident, If the project is shut down then we lose the revenue but we get some appreciation from the media and also our competitors regarding the value that we provide and we also get rid of the dangerous probability of an accident. I feel the decision is fair for the organization in all terms.
