Elaborate on one of the regulatory aspects (FMLA, Sexual Harassment, ADA, OSHA, Corporate compliance) covered in the text.
Include the following aspects in the discussion:

- Summarize your chosen regulatory requirement
- Include the text and SHRM as references
- Discuss how, as the nurse executive, you see your influence impacting the compliance of your organization
