A good resource for nurse leaders for all things regulatory is the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Under the Resources tab, review the Resources and Compliance section. Under the Employment Law section sign up for the free newsletter as a leadership resource.

Elaborate on one of the regulatory aspects (FMLA, Sexual Harassment, ADA, OSHA, Corporate compliance) covered in the text.

Include the following aspects in the discussion:
