In every organization Human Resource survey will be conducted to check the Hr performance. Employees give their feedback to every Hr managers on the basis of their performance and on the basis if the HR had any negative feedback they can change very easily. Feedback will help to change the attitude of the HR’s and by this they can give more services with gratitude to the employees. Every manager will take the feedback in the positive way and strives to rectify their flaws. This kind of survey and feedback makes the managers more motivated and they give their up to mark services to the organization. There are some services that which HRs will carry out more efficiently. Employees give any feedback regarding the above services they will rectify immediately and give their best to them.
HR managers provide wages to the employees every month and all the process of the payment will be carried out by them. If the feedback was regarding payment late then managers will have some other solutions to rectify and fast payments to the employees.
HR service will be more when there will be conflicts in the organization by some reasons between the employees and they should rectify.
They will assign the daily works to the employees in that service employee feel difficulty managers should definitely rectify because if the project was delayed it leads to the decrease organizational fame.
Decision making is another service that which HR will take over. Any decision regarding the organization will be done by HR
They handle more important information about the organization
During the interviews they will filter the people who applied for the job and select the best people who work for the organization.
Employees benefits will also decided by the HRs and do more service to the organization because benefits will need more back work.
They always work ethically without doing any mistakes and make the employees to do the same. Their service regarding the ethical behavior of the employees makes the organization success.
They always strive to maintain the organizational diversity because without diversity any work will not be done accurately.
