Overview
Under the family systems umbrella of treatment there are multiple therapeutic models. For this assignment you will examine structural family therapy and multigenerational family therapy. Based on information gathered from your weeks reading please write a paper that is a minimum of 3 pages in length (not including the title and reference page), 12-point Times New Roman font, 1 inch margins, double-spaced. Make certain to cite all sources used for this assignment according to APA style. Please address the following:
What are the main components of structural therapy?
What are the main components of multigenerational family therapy?
What are the similarities and differences between both structural and multigenerational family therapy?
A detailed exploration of which theory you would subscribe to and why.
