Group Harvard case analysis

• Group Harvard case analysis
 One group Harvard case analysis is required throughout the quarter.
 This assignment should be done with a group of five people of your own choice.
 The case should be purchased individually from the Harvard case collection.
 Grading criteria will be based on 1) critical thinking (50%)-(full of thoughts and analysis, depth, and richness in contents), 2) innovativeness (40%)-(how innovative, new, or fresh the ideas are), 3) writing skills (10%)- the accuracy of grammar or styles.
 Submission: each group has to write one paper per group including the seven subtitles in the guideline proposed below in double space with12 font size and submit via Canvas.
 Guideline of the group case analysis
1) Describe a brief background of the company.
2) Describe the problems or issues the firm encounters
3) Conduct analyses strategically and operationally.
4) Include ethics and sustainability issues
5) Propose action plans.
6) Conclusion.
7) Include reference.
 There is no page limit specified, but typically the document size is 7 to 10 pages.
 TURNITIN will be operating to measure plagiarism when the report is turned in via Canvas requiring the plagiarism score less than 20% to receive full credit for your work. Each 10% exceeded in the plagiarism score above 20% will result in an additional 10% reduction from the original grade. For example, If the TURNITIN score is 20-30% the group will lose 10% of the score from the original grade.
 Peer evaluation for the group project will be conducted to prevents students from piggybacking. Peers evaluate all group members based on attendance and contribution. Hence, an individual’s score is project score multiplied by the group evaluation percentage. For example, your group received 90 points in the project analysis and your group evaluation rate is 90% in average from your peers, your score will be 81 points. Peer evaluation submission is due on the project submission.
Failure to submit your peer evaluation of your group members will result in zero on your score for this group project.
Extra information: here is my questions to the teacher and the way he directs our group to do the project. I included my response in parentheses below.

1. want to confirm that the case analysis is Fasten: Challenging Uber and Lift with a New Business Model
( Right. that is the case name)
2. guideline 3 indicates that we are to conduct analyses strategically and operationally. Is the analysis related to the problems and issues identified in guideline 2, or should it relate to Fasten as whole?
(The primary focus of the case analysis is about the Fasten company. However, Uber and Lyft are competitors you can do analysis relating to the competition with those companies as well.)
3. can we include graphs/charts/visuals as part of the 7 – 10 page document to be turned in?
(Yes, tables, graphs, or other visuals are highly recommended. But remember that page number is not the critical component of the analysis. The case analysis should carry great meaning for the Fasten company)
4. are we submitting a rough draft at any point or just the final version?
(If you submit the draft before the final version for my input, that will be great. So go ahead to submit the draft)

Note: This is a group project, and it has 7 parts. I only do part 4, 5, and 6 as a guideline above. So just help me do those parts, others members will do the rest of the case.
