Leadership Style

THIS IS MY PERSONAL LEADERSHIP

1. How Emotionally Intelligent Are You?
Various signs indicate that I am emotionally intelligent. For example, I am endowed with a robust emotional vocabulary, which is helpful during challenging situations. Indeed, irrational choices and counterproductive actions are interrelated. Resilience is a basic factor that must be focused on when making an intuitive judgment. Having a higher emotional intelligence has enabled me to master the emotions necessary for overcoming difficulties. I arrive at decisions sensitively, and this facilitates a straightforward process for managing stressful circumstances.
2. The Leadership Motivation Assessment
Assessment of leadership motivation provides insights into a leader’s motivators. After completing the leadership assessment, I established that I am strongly motivated to lead. I believe that a score of 62 is accurate as I consider myself an effective leader endowed with skills in guiding teammates. I am endowed with expertise obtained through training, which has enabled me to execute processes with full confidence. Challenges have been mitigated through practical decision-making processes. Still, I need to improve areas in which I am weak, for instance, group projects. I need to find pleasure in group activities and generate ideas to improve the quality of projects.
3. What’s Your Leadership Style?
Upon completion of the questions on leadership style, the score obtained is 23, which indicates that I am leaned towards a democratic style of leadership. As far as setting parameters for executed activities in the workplace, I find pleasure in instilling confidence among the workforce. I believe that trust is a fundamental factor in solving disputes and conflicts which hinder production processes. By so doing, I tend to practice patience in high-pressure situations to make decisions that positively impact team members. Therefore, my democratic leadership style has enabled me to motivate colleagues, which has increased the efficiency and effectiveness of projects.
