The organization with which I regularly do business is Indiamart (which is India’s largest B2B Ecommerce firm)
The benefits that Indiamart is giving me through the mobile computing options are:
I can pay through mobile their mobile application.
I can purchase leads through mobile website of Indiamart.
I can raise a complaint through the mobile application of the organization.
I can request a call back for any queries regarding any supplier or lead.
I can create my company’s catalog page and can start dealing with clients to gain business.
Certain risks that concern me are:
Payment portal is not that secure and hence providing band account details for payment transactions is not that safe.
Multiple people can log in on the same mobile device and hence personal information is not kept secured.
Lack of string internet connection can lead to obstruction in payments.
These risks can be mitigated by adopting many ways such as:
Ensuring that only one login ID is allowed for 1 mobile device.
Payments should only be done when string internet connection s there and also company should focus on prod=viding and installing string anti-virus systems for mobile payments.
