Philosophy of Leadership: Each student will write a paper on educational theorists who have had an impact on his or her philosophy of leadership at the level of licensure (supervisor, director, principal). The paper should include a minimum of four theorists. The major tenets of each theorist should be summarized. The students should make clear how the theorist has influenced the development of the student’s own administrative belief system and philosophy. The essential qualities of an effective administrator should be integrated throughout. The paper should begin with an introduction to administrative theory and conclude with a summary of how the theorists discussed have influenced the student’s own approach to educational/administrative practice. Note: APA format is required
