Answer1 Current trend in training and leadership development is based on following point
· Technology based training and development – technology based training is being used in organizations for developing their employees for obtaining better results.Technology helps for better understanding for the trainees. People prefer to have technology based training programes.
· On Job Training – The on job training are very useful for the employyes and they understand the job requirements properly. Training in just in time and KSA is helpful , just in time means to provide training to the employees when it is needed to it on their jobs.
· Young generation training it is based on the training from social media and by use of new technology that can be helpful for the learning and development of new generations at work place.
Answer 2 We are agree with this video because the current trend used for the training is mainly based on technology and social media, also we can say that the new technology is useful for the old generation and they can save their time and it is more effectively also. Technology, social media and JIT platform is very useful for provide training and development to the employee who are working in the organization and in this way they can do their work more effectively and efficiently
Answer 3 Yes, we noticed that the current trend of learning and development at our work place is with digital platform for our employees.This is helpful for all type of generation of employees. As we used digital board for teaching to our students in school and as a result of which the topic becomes more interesting and students look towards the board for gaining knowledge.
Answer 4 We prefer to have on job training which helps for just in time mode of training and development for the employees because at our work place the employees will be having adequate knowledge and skills for the work they will provide for the organizations. This mode of training and development is useful as it delivers the training when it is required and it is more effective and efficient.
Answer 5 training development is necessary for the organization by using training and development in the organization the people takes their grown and development this leads to the growth of organization. As we know that training is the continual process and this is necessary for all type of organization because people needs skill development also this leads to growth of organization.
