RESEARCH AND SUMMARY ON DEVELOPING DISCIPLINE/SELF-DISCIPLINE (EXERCISES AND HABITS)

INTRODUCTION:

This research is not intended for academic purposes, but for the general public.

This is a research geared toward creating a cheat-sheet or poster to easily visualize,
remember and practice the main concepts on developing discipline/self-discipline through
exercises and habits in everyday life. You don’t have to format the cheat-sheet or poster,
we just need you to gather very good content so we can design the cheat-sheet or poster.

This is not a scientifical research, it’s rather a practical guide for every day life for
a regular reader that wants to develop discipline/self-discipline. The tone of the summary
should be familiar and in a non-scientific vocabulary, should be very easy to understand
and to put into practice.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Compile a list of discipline/self-discipline principles or concepts (no less than 10) worth
to remember and practice to develope discipline/self-discipline. Describe briefly and clearly
each principle or concept (maximum 3 sentences) and then present some action-oriented habits
or exercises to practice each principle. You can present more than one practice exercise per
principle or concept if you find good ones.

The content summary should be enlightening, useful and practical. The summary should be no
less than 2 pages (so we can select the best material to elaborate the cheat-sheet/poster).
