Select the industry in which you work, worked or would like to work, or simply have an interest in. Which companies are the leaders in that particular industry? What practices have made them become a leader? What are the risks those companies face? Please cite your sources

The industry that we would be considering here is E-Commerce Industry.
There are two major Ecommerce companies ( in Business to Business sector) Alibaba and Indiamart.
Two big leaders in this industry are Jack Ma (Founder and CEO of Alibaba) and Dinesh Aggarwal (CEO of Indiamart).
Some of the practices that have made them great leaders are:
Clear vision
Long term planning
Empathy towards employees
Business as well as employee satisfaction both are taken care of.
Risk taking ability
Logical thinking
Leading by example.
There are some risks that these companies face such as:
Their primary target audience is small and medium enterprises and they are not that tech savy.
Increasing competition
Changing tastes and preferences of people.
Hard export rules and globalization issues.
