THIS IS A TWO PART ASSIGNMENT AND REQUIRES NETBEANS SOFTWARE!

Part 1

This activity consists of two parts.

Part 1: Use noun-verb analysis to help identify candidate classes, fields, and methods for your classes. Use your proposal and other domain sources such as the web as the basis for this analysis.

In an MS Word document, list at least five (5) nouns and five (5) verbs you identified from your sources. For each noun and verb, include the source, either your proposal, a website, book, or other resource.

Part 2: Use the template below to create five (5) CRC cards for your project application. Each card should include at least one responsibility and one collaborator. Include these CRC cards as Part 2 of the MS Word document you created for Part 1 above.

Part 2

You will use the Netbeans IDE to create first versions of some of the model classes you will need for your course project application.

The material in the Part 1, noun-verb analysis and CRC cards, will provide significant input to the work you do on this assignment.

Activity Description

Using the Netbeans IDE, create a Netbeans Project for your course project application.

Then create at least five (5) model classes in Java.

Make sure each class includes the following components:

  1. At least one field with the appropriate access specifier.
  2. At least one parameterized constructor, which initializes all fields in the class based on the parameters passed.
  3. Accessors and mutators to encapsulate all of the class fields.

Your submission consists of the entire Netbeans project folder zipped into a single zip file archive.

It is a very good idea to double check that your submission includes all the Netbeans project files.

Your project classes MUST compile without error. Any project that does not compile will receive a MAXIMUM of 50% credit for the assignment.

Submission

Submit your zipped Netbeans project to Canvas.
