What do you like about the DeLone / McLean Success Model? What do you dislike about the DeLone /cLean Success Model? What would you change and why?

The Delone McLean model is considered to be a causal explanatory model for information system success.
The most likable aspect about the model is its comprehensiveness. It takes into account the system quality and information quality both individually and jointly along with use and user satisfaction. As suggested in a couple of emperical studies for the model, user satisfaction is a pretty good measure for individual impact which makes the model reasonably effective.
However there is a lot of ambiguity over the user satisfaction inputs for the model and little progress has been made in this regard. This is a dislikable aspect about the model.
I would like to improve the model by adding a tangible factor along the existing user satisfaction parameter to make the model emperically correct.
