Triangulation under the Mixed Method Reasearch or MMR ( using both Qualitative and Quantitative researches) is the process of not just using a single method but using different other methods and data souces for the data collection in order to assure the researcher that the research performed on a particular topic is valid and logical.
The objective of using triangulation is to guarantee the effectiveness of the reasearch by using diverse methods in examining a specific issue. This method is most suitable for assuring the credibility under the qualitative inquiry where responses and feedbacks from different respondents are considered to get different point of views regarding the same subject matter. Some of the triangulation methods are methodological and investigator triangulation.
