What is the link between cost saving related to a new project to improve a company’s supply chain and time? Discuss.​

Cost saving in a new project is important because we cannot assume its cost at the time of commencement of the project. Eventually all the related costs of the company in the project while saved efficiently improves the supply chain management of the company. Thus, cost saving is important from the point of view of supply chain management.
