4- System development cycle is the life cycle under which an information system should pass.It consists of 4 broad stages namely planning, creating, testing, and deploying an information system. In a restaurant business different stages of this life cycle may undergone following ways
Planning- The first step is to plan for the system requirement in restaurant setup. It may include planning what will be the broader system, IT support and the broader infrastructure required for it.
Creating- After planning the next step is to creation of the system. In restaurant busines a proper system which consist of cost of the inputs required for making food items, what price to be charged to the customers, centralized order procesing, real time inventory tracking, capacity of the space to accomodate the customers, processing of online orders and how to deliver the ordered items to the customers.
Testing- When the system is created then a beta test should undergo where any bug fixes and issues faced by the system can be analysed and rectified properly. The current technical level of the staffs who will operate the system should also be check so that they will know how to run it.
Deploying- When the system will be successfully tested and necesary changes incorporated then it will be deployed and run in the restaurant setup.
5-In the above project 2 stakeholders are Owner of the restaurant who will oversees the function of the system and second is the employees who will run the system.
