The performance improvement plan for Rutherford County Healthcare has been designed for this assignment.
The improvement plan is evaluated and created for monitoring, evaluation and improvement of quality. It will include important service like design, planning, measurement, assessment and revision of processes for the purpose of patient care and services.
The implementation of plan will include continuous assessment of us stems and taking care of solutions implementation for undertaking desired action.
the focus will be on reporting information and maintaining a safe environment for patient outcome.
The plan will be to continuously maintain patient care and organize sound business practices.
