Employees meet online and have hardly any opportunity to be present in person and meet face to face. This results in lack of or lower levels of emotional connect, empathy and mutual understanding.
Apart from personal connect, the engagement levels of employees are lesser and the connect with organisation is also weak. The lack of cohesiveness and camaraderie is seen at all levels.
