Question A Discussion: Versailles, Velázquez, and Rubens–Please answer all of the questions listed below–Versailles contains symbols of power and absolute monarchy. Pick a feature of the palace you admire and explain how you would use this as a setting for a computer program or a board game. What would happen in this setting? Who would be featured in the game (the king? the queen? noblemen?). Use the text as a source and research on line for a computer program to discuss. Consider the gardens, Hall of Mirrors, the layout of the palace itself, the furniture, the number of rooms, and paintings. Here is a link to a website that discusses how to design a game: http://www.gameskinny.com/yljvh/how-to-make-a-game… The book I’m using is HUMANITIES, THE: CULTURE, CONTINUITY AND CHANGE, VOLUME 2 Question B Answer the questions and justify your answers. The book I’m using is staffing organization 8th edition. 1.What factors would lead an organization to enter into a consent agreement rather than continue pursuing a suit in court? 2.What are the differences between staffing in the private sector and staffing in the public sector? Why would private employers probably resist adopting many of the characteristics of public staffing systems?ALSO PLEASE RESPOND TO CLASSMATE POST BELOW WHETHER YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE IT: Why is it important for the organization to view all components of staffing (recruitment, selection, and employment) from the perspective of the job applicant? In my opinion viewing all the components of staffing (recruitment, selection, and employment) from any viewpoint of job applicant is important for the organization the organization can foresee or control all aspects of the staffing process. Also, it should also be noted down that without viewing all components of staffing, it will be difficult for organizations to understand how job applicants perceive an organization’s staffing process and the impact of these views on their behaviors and decision-making ability. For example, a candidate can not accept the job offer because of low pay or benefits which would not be understood by the organizations because they did not view all the components of staffing. Would it be desirable to hire people only according to the person/organization match, ignoring the person/job match? Without question no I do not fill that hiring people according to the person/organization match ignoring the person/job match is a good option because both of those are key when staffing in an organization period. It is important the potential employee be a good fit for the organization as well as be able to provide all responsibilities of the job description.
