Based on these aspects, environmental factors are always going to affect the success of any project, regardless of how well it is planned and financed. This is because technology is always being advanced, and it will ensure that the processes in any project are managed well. Also, organizations and firms are seeing the importance of projects and project management(Aaltonen, 2011). For this reason, they are allocating more capital and people in handling projects. However, unanticipated environmental changes are always going to affect the implementation of any project, even if its planned well.
