3. communicate effectively, communication is the key to productive workforce, proper communication can improve the performance of the employee, time to time meeting should be organised , so that there will be no communication related to the task.
4. keep goal clear and focused——-goal should be clear and focused to each and every employee so that they can perform accordingly. if the goal is not clear then the employee will be less productive. so you should make sure each and every employee should know their goal .
5. Reward and incentives given to the worker for their extraordinary task. give the employee reason to perform their task effectively. reward and incentives motivate them to perform their task more effectively.
