Propose a plan for how Zappos can use Amazon’s supply chain to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

The primary sales of Zappos is shoes which contribute about 80 percent of their business. They can utilise Amazon’s supply chain to improve the sales of other categories also like clothing and accessories. They can follow the system of Amazon and imrpove their performance and employee performance. When Amazon took over Zappos it is a small company but not Zappos entered into other categories also like handbags and accessories. They can even try appliances and electronic goods like Amazon.
