All of the three points can help organizations continuously monitor results and track their performance. They would all help the organization to accelerate their learning quickly and perform well.
Fail Fast is a system designed to immidiately report any possibilities of failure. These systems do not allow to continue with a bad or flawed system and stops normal operation to correct the system so that failure is avoided.
Identifying and correcting shortfalls quickly allows the organization to learn quickly from their mistakes and fill those gaps to avoid complexity. This way organization learns quickly and helps it to perform well.
Rather than just focusing on historical data such as last month’s revenue, proactively monitor indicators of future success. Focussing on future success helps identify those parameters which can be improved to gain future success. This helps the organization quickly learn and adapt to changes and better itself for future success.
