Alzheimer’s is a disease which tends to loss of memory. For this disease FDA had approved for our company which can be cured in the early stages. We can see that in the recent times memory loss became the one of the disease mostly common in the people. It will be mostly seen in the old age people they will forget anything what they have done these should be cured in the early stages because if they had increased it will not be cured. As a chief marketing officer I will make a survey that whether this approval will get good response, healthcare organizations will accept this drug in their firm or whether this drug have the demand in the market. These all details can be known by survey. If this drug have more demand in the market I will make the plan that how to develop the sales. I will set a team and they should be trained, while forecast the sales past data analysis is a best method, it was important to project the price and should analyze the factors for new products.
