You are the Employee Benefits Specialist for your company, and you’re putting together a presentation to new employees regarding their benefits. How do you construct your presentation to make it interesting and engaging? Explain in two to three paragraphs.

The objective of this presentation is to provide awareness about the firm, the policies, the benefits, the culture, the promotions and so on. Of course, i must prepare the presentation in attractive way with only facts. I do not make any wrong or false statements in the presentation.
First I will explain work culture in the organization, how they promote the best performers, how they take care of employees, and so on. Next I focused on the core benefits like, employee payments, hikes, insurance benefits to them and to their family, employee vacation, stock options, and so on. Next i discuss them about the career in the firm, the bright path in the organization, how they are going to lead their career in the firm. The special benefits that they can avail in the firm, the growth in their career, the support from the organization and so on.
I must create a positive opinion about my firm in their minds, make them to realize their expections.
