There are various factors like Time management, Project tracking, resource allocation, productivity, and data management. So the company needs a software to manage all this at the same time in an efficient manner. They cannot take the risk of managing things manually so it is always great to have an automated software to handle these things.
3. The budget is big so the number of employees will also be big in number. So I will think from the perspective of the project outcome and build a methodology around it. We need to analyze the capacity of various software and choose the one based on our needs. We need to see the technical specifications and what is the data load the software can handle effectively. The software should handle the data entered by hundreds of people at once and generate reports for the top management. The other methodology is to build on the cost. We need to choose the best software that is feasible for the company and also should e able to work efficiently.
4. The selected software becomes the one stop solution for all the project management related queries. It can handle data from multiple sources and keep a track of the project progress. The top management can study the data and make the required changes to the cost, resources, and also plan. People can also see where they going wrong and correct the mistakes in their department and get back on the right track.
