It tracks the no of unique people who follow company’s articles and posts.If the company’s strategy is producing desired result, its reach should be quite high and should have a constant growth.
Demographics of the followers. Analysis of the demographics of the followers of the company’s page, would indicate whether the message is going to the right audience or not. Lead generation would be substantive if the intended audience could be identified and engaged accordingly.
